Fortune Builders Walk Through at 67th Street
Last night before our monthly Sacramento Mastermind meeting, we held an open house at our 67th Street property, and invited any Fortune Builders members that wanted to stop by prior to the meeting to see the home. The turn out was incredible, it was one of our largest walk-through’s to date. We had members come from as far as Petaluma to see the home and ask questions. While we were there, we reviewed the scope of work, discussed budgets and pricing, and answered questions about everything from inspections to overcoming those pesky (and sometimes inevitable) rehab “detours”.
We want to personally thank everyone who made it out to the Open House! We love getting together with other investors who share our same passion and excitement.
