“What’s Happening at NorCal Homes”, The Bi-Monthly Update
As we wrap up the 1st Quarter of 2016, we are gearing up for a busy (and exciting) summer season!!
Our 67th Street project is in escrow, and a new family is gearing up to call it “home”… This is definitely the most rewarding part of what we do. This is our first official (soon to be) closing as NorCal Homes & Development (outside of H2G). This is just the beginning of what looks to be a promising 2016 pipeline.
At our April Sacramento Real Estate Mastermind Group meeting, a group of local Mastery members met at the property to get a look at the finished project, walk through the scope of work with Josh, and learn about some of the design finishes used to really transform this property into a beautifully unique home. We could not be more pleased with the turn out (See Previous Post)! The relationships NorCal Homes is building with other investors in the greater Sac Metro, and even in the Bay Area, are both educational and fulfilling; we are loving becoming friends with other entrepreneurs who share the same passion, drive, and commitment to quality that we do.
At NorCal Homes, we are busier than ever! Our efforts to connect with local Realtors has been incredibly successful- Every day we are being sent new listings from across the region. With that being said, just because we are presented with an opportunity doesn’t mean that it us a good fit for our company. However, the constant exposure to the various markets around the area, has helped us to stay on top of home values in the (very) different sub-markets within the diverse region we work and live in. Collectively, we are constantly learning, and the state of the market is something that is ever-changing.
We are so excited to continue reviving our other 4 existing active projects, and are waiting to hear back from offers we have out on more potential/hopeful projects! As always, we look forward to sharing our journey with you. Check back in June for the next NorCal Homes company update! 🙂
