Cocktails & Deals | May Cocktail
It is already only ONE WEEK away from Cocktails & Deals! In celebration of Cinco De Mayo this month we wanted to bring in something with a little Mexican flair! We are taking one of our favorite cocktails and making it with a little twist! NorCal Homes & Development introduces…….The Salty Chihuahua! This cocktail is a spin on the classic Salty Dog (one of Christy’s favorites!) and swaps out the vodka for your favorite tequila! If you’re over 21 and want to enjoy a Salty Chihuahua with us, head out and pick up the following items:
Salty Chihuahua
- 2 oz. Tequila (we like Don Julio Blanco)
- 4 oz. Grapefruit Juice (we like Simply Grapefruit)
- Lime Juice
- Salt
- Ice
Instructions:
- Slice the lime and run it around the rim of your glass, and salt the rim.
- Add the next ingredients in the following order:
- Tequila
- Grapefruit juice
- Finally, lime juice (we like to juice at least a 1/4 lime into each drink!) and enjoy!
