What We’ve Been Up To: NorCal Homes Update
It’s the calm before the storm at NorCal Homes! Since the last time we checked in, we’ve purchased five new projects, including our first home in Cameron Park. As I am writing this, we have ten active projects in the greater Sacramento area, all at different stages in the rehab process. Also, we are excited to say that 256 San Antonio is officially in contract! We can’t wait to get the new homeowner settled into their new home.
Every month Josh and Michael (2G Homes) host a Northern California Fortune Builders Mastermind Meeting (which is always an open invitation to FB members). The past two months, we were thrilled with the turn out! Both meetings brought with them new faces, lively discussion, education, and inevitable laughs. We covered everything from communicating with sellers and potential lenders, to efficient and cost effective marketing strategies.
We are very excited about our pipeline coming into the fourth quarter. We’re pushing forward to end 2016 with a bang, and come into 2017 strong! We look forward to continuing to share our journey with you! 🙂
