“What’s Happening at NorCal Homes”, The Bi-Monthly Update
It’s been a busy last couple of months for the NorCal Homes team. We’ve sold two homes with H2G since January 1, while putting the finishing touches on the remaining six active projects we broke ground on while operating as 50% of the company. As we continue wrap things up with H2G, NorCal Homes has managed to purchase three new projects since November of last year, with one more additional property currently in escrow. Without missing a beat, Josh has remained an active member of Fortune Builders Coaching Team, hosting weekly private coaching sessions as a Mastery Coach, as well as attending various FB events around the Western United States. After bringing Taylor on board in January, the team has been working to solidify our internet presence, connect more with the community, and introduce ourselves to local realtors. Josh is the co-founder of the Sacramento Real Estate Mastermind Group for Fortune Builders Mastery Members, and continues to host monthly meetings to help, and continue to learn from, other investors in the Sacramento Region. There have been three events to date this year, with many more scheduled for the upcoming months. 2016 has been off to an incredible start, with a lot of exciting projects, events, and opportunities in the pipeline.
